Service Description
As we age our muscles start to break down and that can lead to metabolic issues as well as osteoporosis. In This class you will use dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands, and your body weight to increase muscle mass or slow down the process of muscle loss, and increase bone mass or slow down bone loss. It is very important to continue to challenge your muscles beyond what you do in every day life. Strong muscles and bones are key to good balance and not injuring yourself if you do fall. Let’s fight back the age pitfalls and feel young as we get older!

Cancellation Policy
It is the client's responsibility to reschedule or cancel a session 24 or more hours in advance to the start of the scheduled session. If the session is canceled within 24 hours of the session start time, the session will be redeemed for insufficient cancellation notice. All bookings are subject to the signed Procedures and Policies that were agreed to at the time of joining and/or service. A risk and release of liability waiver will be required to be on file in order to proceed with a scheduled session. The PARQ is required to determine current ability to exercise safely. Grip Socks are required for every Pilates session.
