You will want to sign up for this class if you have experience with foam rollers and feel comfortable with getting on the floor and off the floor.

Cancellation Policy
It is the client's responsibility to reschedule or cancel a session 24 or more hours in advance to the start of the scheduled session. If the session is canceled within 24 hours of the session start time, the session will be redeemed for insufficient cancellation notice. NOTICE! For free classes/sessions, there will be a late cancel fee of the regular cost of a paid class/session after the first free late cancel has been used. Classes cost $25 for late cancels and up to $115 for private sessions. All bookings are subject to the signed Procedures and Policies that were agreed to at the time of joining and/or service. A risk and release of liability waiver will be required to be on file in order to proceed with a scheduled session. The PARQ is required to determine current ability to exercise safely. Grip Socks are required for every Pilates session.
