Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, NPCP Certified Pilates Teacher, NASM Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, and PCES Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist

At ‘Spirit. Soul. Body. Balanced, LLC’™ Pilates, I believe in a holistic approach to complete fitness. My services cater to special populations, including seniors, pregnancy and postpartum women, individuals with scoliosis, before and after joint replacements, and chronic spine conditions. The training programs are designed to enhance your physical and mental well-being, and help you achieve your best quality of life using the Pilates Principles of Movement in every format of training.
